Gain Skills. Challenge Yourself. Lead.
At the Royal Bermuda Regiment, your personal and professional growth is a priority. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, learn technical skills, or take on a leadership role — we offer real-world training that goes beyond the military.
Two Main Training Paths
RBR training falls into two key categories:
Leadership & Command Training
Prepare to lead soldiers in complex, high-stakes situations. Develop your leadership, communication, and decision-making through progressive career courses.
Job-Specific Training
Build technical skills in your chosen field — from logistics to comms, disaster relief to ceremonial duties. Many roles include international training opportunities with partner forces around the world.
