The Royal Bermuda Regiment Junior Leaders programme is designed for young people aged 12–18, offering adventure, discipline, and leadership development in a structured and supportive environment.
Programme Overview
The Junior Leaders programme is a youth military training initiative focused on building confidence, teamwork, and resilience through hands-on experiences. Whether learning outdoor survival, leadership skills, or public service values, participants are prepared for both military and civilian success.

Eligibility & Requirements
• Ages: 12–18
• Bermuda-based students
• Uniforms & training provided
• Weekly training & holiday camps
Parental consent required. No previous experience needed.
